St. David's Foundation, one of the largest grantmaking foundations in Texas and a top health funder in the U.S., is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator supports a variety of Human Resources initiatives, with a specific focus on recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding. The Human Resources Coordinator researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the Foundation.
The Human Resources Coordinator also assists with several internal programs, including the Foundation's employee engagement, learning and development, and wellness programs. The Human Resources Coordinator supports other HR functions like performance management, internal communications, and offboarding.
The Human Resources Coordinator works closely with the Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources to plan, execute, and evaluate employee programs, events, and activities. The Human Resources Coordinator also assists with content development for the Foundation's website and intranet, and maintains digital files, ensuring the most current resources are available to employees.
