Candidates must have

- a minimum of a graduate degree
- 3 years minimum experience in a Christian higher Ed environment
- documented proof that you have been actively involved with the social ministry of Christ i.e. prison ministry, community service, visiting the sick, homeless ministry
- proof that you have written and won multiple grants
- ability to travel
