Job Description: The C.H. Lute School of Business seeks qualified individuals to serve as Part-time (Adjunct) faculty in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Applicants must be qualified to teach one or more of the following program courses:
- Strategic Profitability Analysis
- Integrative Marketing Management
- Risk and Financial Management
- Regulation and Ethics in Business
- Innovation and Leadership
- Information Systems in Management
- Strategic Data Analytics
- Entrepreneurship and Growth
- Strategic Supply Chain Management

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in teaching area with relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Teaching experience in related discipline at the college level
- Ability to use technology in teaching
- Possess excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skills
- Ability to use collaborative learning techniques and student-centered methods of instruction
- Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multicultural environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evening and Saturday
Desired Qualifications:
- Earned doctorate in the teaching area
- Successful college teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level and in one or more of the courses listed above
All applicants must be approved for Graduate Faculty Status as determined by the SSU Graduate Council prior to assignment to classes
