Job Description
PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Residential Education-Residential and Community Life (RCL), to join a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring that departmental operations run smoothly and efficiently by managing a wide range of project management and administrative tasks. Will lead the development and implementation of operational plans; manage key initiatives; and coordinate complex projects across undergraduate and graduate residential life, FSILGs (fraternities, sororities, and independent living groups), residential community support, and the faculty-led residential house model. Will also be responsible for streamlining cross-departmental processes; developing shared resources; and providing high-level administrative support to the senior associate dean and associate deans in RCL.

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience working independently and collaboratively on teams managing complex projects; excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and intercultural skills; ability to work effectively with a broad range of individuals; a client and student-centered communication style that seeks to build camaraderie and positive and productive working relationships and inclusive cultures; ability to quickly learn new software and systems and create new systems that will streamline organizational efficiencies; and ability to maintain confidentiality in highly sensitive spaces. Salary range: low $60,000s to low 70,000s, depending on relevant experience and education
