Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions and be knowledgeable in various HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize HRIS platforms like EE Navigator for data management
- Handle conflict management and resolution within the organization
-Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open position
- Assist in workforce management activities
-Administrator for the bank's Learning Manager
-Assist the Chief People Officer in job duties and main compliance with all regulatory issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in HR roles
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
