BioMed Realty is seeking an enthusiastic Treasury Analyst / Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting Team and play a key role in supporting and managing a wide range of treasury functions. Reporting directly to the Director of Treasury, this dynamic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and engage with team members at all levels of the organization.

This position offers a hybrid work model, which includes 4 days in office and 1 day remotely. Hybrid work may be modified based on the needs of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing day-to-day cash management functions including calculating the daily cash position for multiple accounts and entities.
• Calculating and confirming monthly loan and revolver interest due and derivative contract invoices, and work with lenders / banks to resolve any discrepancy.
• Performing month-over-month debt balance reconciliation and interest rate confirmation.
• Performing debt and derivative reporting, including maintaining the Chatham Financial database on a monthly basis.
• Preparing monthly interest expense packages, and quarterly debt and derivative reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting the Director of Treasury in preparing cash flow forecasts for the US and UK, providing recommendations of cash levels and borrowings.
• Processing wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Investigate and resolve any Treasury-related issue.
• Processes signatory changes, opening/closing accounts, and other bank account administration duties.
• Completing daily wire audit of all outflows and maintain forecasting projections.
• Coordinating details regarding revolver borrowings with the bank.
• Assisting the Director of Treasury in identifying and implementing Treasury best practices; provide recommendations for improvements to current Treasury processes.
• Assisting the Director with maintaining and updating Treasury procedures.
• Managing the database of all bank accounts.
• Providing data, as necessary, to the corporate accounting group.
• Performing monthly service fee analysis.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
• 2 to 5 years' relevant professional experience in Treasury or related functions
• Experience with derivatives, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting
• Understanding of Treasury/Accounting concepts
• Experience with the real estate industry or REITs a plus

Salary Range for Analyst: $78,000 - $97,500 per year + bonus + benefits

Salary Range for Senior Analyst: $92,000 - $115,000 per year + bonus + long term incentive + benefits
