Job Description
Bertolon School of Business (BSB) at Salem State University is actively seeking a part-time Accreditation Data Coordinator with exceptional Excel and communication skills to assist in our data collection and analysis efforts related to our AACSB accreditation. The person in this role will assist BSB leadership in matters related to AACSB accreditation, data management, analysis and visualization for reports needed. This role requires an individual with strong quantitative and communication skills and experience in data collection, management and reporting. Ideal candidates will have or be willing to gain a comprehensive understanding of the AACSB accreditation process. They will be proficient in Excel, visual representation of data, dashboard creation for KPIs catering to various segments of our stakeholders.

- Collect data, identify and resolve inconsistencies. Analyze data and provide visual representation of results related to assurance of learning, experiential education tracking, faculty activities and external engagement, various BSB events and external events attended by our students and/or faculty and staff.
- Develop, maintain, and manage processes for the collection, archiving, and ongoing tracking of assessment and societal impact related activties
- Identify and create dashboards for data dissemination to showcase our impact on students and society
- Prepare well designed reports for showcasing the results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Additional data collection, analysis and presentation tasks may be assigned by the BSB leadership from time to time.
- Assist with completion of multiple AACSB and other school wide surveys
- Must be detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
- Must be a team player while also be able to work independently.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experienced in data presentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills
- Attention to detail and keen eye
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Familiarity with AACSB accreditation
