Relationship Manager, Middle Market
The Relationship Manager is responsible for new business development, portfolio management and underwriting to support the needs of the group. This role will focus on clients that typically have an annual revenue between $30MM and $500MM.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for new business development, portfolio management and underwriting to support the needs of the group. This role will focus on clients that typically have an annual revenue between $30MM and $500MM.

Position Responsibilities:
- Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new business relationships.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships, new business, and periodic review of existing loan arrangements.
- Negotiate proper loan structures, selling the Bank's credit and non-credit products.
- Accept special projects in support of the team and community involvement.
- Maintain knowledge of corporate banking, credit and non-credit products, trust, real estate, treasury management and other bank functions.
- Maintain knowledge of accounting and financial principles, marketing and sales principles, credit analysis, economics and other bank functions.
Travel
Travel is required of this position at least 10% of the time.
Position Qualifications:
First Level Officer, Relationship Manager I, Middle Market
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program
- 12-18 months of experience underwriting commercial loans
- 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook
Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager II, Middle Market
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program
- 3 years commercial lending experience
- 2 years managing a portfolio of clients
- 2 years financial sales experience
For candidates hired in the state of California, Colorado, Washington, New York the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently:
California - $71,500 - $132,000 Annually
