Assistant in Research (TEMP)

Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented Assistant in Research to support our research efforts.  This role involves interacting with study participants and stakeholders by phone and email, processing completed surveys, assembling project mailing, and supporting the study's data collection unit.  Interested candidates should have excellent communication skills, some experience in a similar role, and a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Additional Information

Monitoring the Future (MTF) is a large national Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs study of American youth and is one of the largest studies within the Survey Research Center (SRC) at the Institute for Social Research (ISR).  MTF has collected data from well over a million respondents.  It is supported by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and has been ongoing continuously since 1975.
