Essential Functions
Reviews student accounts to determine the accuracy of charges, financial aid disbursements, and verifies credit validity.
Advises students on options for financing their Fordham education.
Assists students with navigating the various self-service options.
Processes credit card, cash, and check payments and requests for itemized bills for students and third-party vendors.
Assists students with reviewing and understanding their 1098T.
Assists with developing, implementing, and enhancing student account policies and procedures.
Hosts, participates, and/or presents in online presentations.

Provides coverage for Enrollment Services staff as needed.
Required Qualifications: Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or clerical role.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
Must communicate clearly and effectively with all constituents both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
