Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

The Core Services team is part of the Enterprise Business Technology team. Members of the team are charged with developing identity and access management solutions for the organization across the hybrid cloud landscape, which includes Directory Services in Active Directory, Identity services in Microsoft Azure Cloud, and AWS Identity support. The team also supports Microsoft O365, including Messaging services under Exchange and Teams, Intranet Services under SharePoint, and Personal cloud storage services under OneDrive, as well as federation and single sign-on services through Azure Entra ID.

How will you make an impact?

  • This position reports to the Senior Director of Core Services and is in support of the Core Services team in Corporate IT at Enlyte. Core Services includes the management of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Exchange O365, DNS, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Identity and Access Management for corporate colleagues and contractors.

What will you do?

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify improvements to maximize colleague experience
  • Maintain security requirements, compliance controls, risk reviews, and support associated objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to foster and grow talent or identify opportunities to augment the team's skillset.
  • Engage in integration projects for new acquisitions, consolidation projects to reduce complexity, as well as projects for divestitures
  • Support operational initiatives, incident management, and problem management in a timely manner


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Science (Computer Science, Business, or other applicable degree), or equivalent working experience
  • 5 years of experience with Manager of Information Systems
  • Minimum of 8+ years of fundamental experience in DDI, networking, firewall, server, and cloud technologies
  • Experience in complex enterprises with a diverse array of unique authentication / authorization requirements
  • Professional experience in progressive roles in Identity and Access Management
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM, etc.)

Tool & Technology Skills

  • Experience in IAM solutions such as Active Directory, VDS, SSO, SAML, oAuth, OpenID, MFA, and PAM
  • Experience in Identity Lifecycle Management and Governance tools (MIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock)
  • Experience in Cloud Identity technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud
  • Experience in Microsoft Mail Services (Exchange Server, as well as Microsoft O365)
  • Experience in automation, such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or .NET development languages
  • Experience in OS AuthX Support for Windows Server, as well as Linux Server
  • Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions involving Active Directory and Azure
  • Experience with documentation for systems management and compliance purposes

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $96,000 - $142,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
