Description
We seek applicants for a full-time position on our Business Office team to provide day-to-day assistance for financial planning and analysis operations at the College. The Program Assistant also will support a variety of business and budget functions as needed.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to-
Manage the College Procurement Card (p-card) program and monthly reconciliation. Review monthly reconciliation submissions, contacting p-card users as needed and assisting with new user training. Facilitate a check-out service for College p-cards.

Facilitate the check-out service for College credit/gas cards. Provide support for College vehicle reservations.
- Conduct product research and analysis related to institutional revenue and expenditure streams. Research, compile data, and create/deliver various reports to assist in analyzing existing or potential College needs.
- Provide budget manager training and development for annual budget process as well as new employees.
- Assist with annual/continuous budget planning and analysis for division and departmental needs.
- Assist Accounts Payable staff with questions as they relate to purchasing, i.e. researching document information, making phone calls to vendors, etc.
- Prepare, process, and maintain all budget journal entries for new fiscal years and budget adjustments throughout the year.

Assist with developing presentations and leadership discussion points for the monthly Finance Committee meetings of the Board of Trustees.

Design, implement, and maintain the Business Services/Business Office/Administrative Services webpages
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and inclusively within a diverse campus community, including with students, employees, and external community members.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve, work independently, and function professional under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional office support experience.
- Proficiency or familiarity with accounting systems/software.
- Proficiency or familiarity with budgeting processes.

Pay: From $20.12 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
